He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alger Hicks and Lulu Lucinda Phippany; his son-in-law Terry Walker; his brother Roy Hicks; and his sister-in-law Esther Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Hicks of Hillsdale; his daughters, Susan Walker of North Adams, Diane Clow (Todd) of Jonesville and Joanne Hicks of Hillsdale; his grandchildren, Christopher, Kelly (Joe), Casey and Valerie (Blake); his great grandchildren, Presley and Betty; and his nephew Jeffrey Hicks (Diane).
