He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Cramer and Verna Cramer (Furgason); and his stepfather Walter J. Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cramer (Kimpel); and his children, Lisa Ann Taylor (Craig), Michael Ivan Cramer and Lori Michelle Ward. He is also survived by many stepsiblings, nieces, and nephews.
