She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Wise and Lela Wise (Julian); her husband Clarence "Pat" Andrews; her siblings, James, Martha, Pam and Rodney; her grandson Eric; and her great grandchild Angelina.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Andrews (Suzanne), Patricia Goodlock (Clifford), Julie Childress (Jim), Norman Andrews (Nancy), Diane Ortiz (Gerald), Steve Andrews (Tamara) and Lynda Bunce (Todd); her grandchildren, Roy, Luke, Matthew, Jennifer, David, Coral, Nathan, Sarah, Joshua, Mandy, Jessica, Jake, Dustin, Savannah and Ronald; and her brother Sam Wise. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends who wish may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or to Heartland Hospice.
