She was predeceased by: her parents, James Middleton and Jean Middleton (Angus); her husband Jerome "Jerry" Spratt; her brother Charles Middleton; her stepson Larry Spratt; her stepgrandson Jason Spratt; and her stepson-in-law Ken Grimes.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gloria Taylor (Russell) of Pittsford, Christina Brasher (Michael) of Pittsford and Anthony "Tony" Middleton (SuAnn) of Florida; and her stepchildren, Carol Spalding (Dick) of Hillsdale, Sue Grimes of Jackson, Tom Spratt (Shirley) of Hillsdale and John Spratt (Kenette) of Hillsdale. She is also survived by fifteen step-grandchildren; and numerous step great-grandchildren and step great-great-grandchildren.
