He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Woodard and Elizabeth Woodard (Bailey); his wife Gloria (Frager); his children, Mark Woodard (Holly), Dan Woodard and Rose Miller (Rod); his grandchildren, Chris Ladd (Margo), Lauralee Britton (Andy), Adeena McManus (John), Anna Schaffner (Lukas), Allie Woodard, Brandt Woodard, Bryce Woodard and Brock Woodard; and his brothers, Larry Woodard (Char), Virgil Woodard (Marcia), Ron Woodard (Karen) and Bruce Woodard (Lori Bottoms). He was also cherished by twelve great grandchildren; one great great grandson.
