He was predeceased by: his father Bernard "Bernie" F. Chapp; and also Barbara J. Chapp-Kaminski (Bernard). He is survived by: his son Jon Chapp (Holly); his grandchildren, Evan and Mya Chapp; and his brothers, Larry Chapp (Wendy) and Joseph Chapp (Heidi).
