She was predeceased by: her father Carl R. Puthoff; her brother Michael Puthoff; and her nephews, Nathan Baldwin and Kade Moes. She is survived by: her spouse Rick Lytle; her stepfather Ethel of Hillsdale; her children, Ben Lytle of Hillsdale, Andrea Colville (Todd) of White Lake and Amber Lytle of Hillsdale; her siblings, Connie Scadino (Joe) and Dale Puthoff (Dorothy) of Hillsdale; her stepsiblings, Lori LaScola of Toledo and Lee Struber of Toledo; and also Sparky of Hillsdale.
In lieu of flowers donations will be contributed towards funeral costs.
