He is survived by: his mother Patricia Bolenbaugh (Krick); his son James Bolenbaugh (Amy Mason); his grandson Ryker; his siblings, Sandra Heminger (Jerry) and Mitchell Bolenbaugh (Carol); his nephew Austin Bolenbaugh (Jayde Shepherd); his nieces, Marissa Bolenbaugh, Angel Bolenbaugh, Alayna Moore (Bolenbaugh), Jamie Haskell and Amanda Heminger; his great-nieces, Chyna, Onika, Lily, Maggi, Kali, Baileigh and Aria; his great-nephew Felix; and also Amy Swick.
