He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Edmund and Ruth Powers (Phipps). He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Lockwood; his significant other's children, Kim Jackson (Scott) and Jack McLain (Jon); his grandchildren, Lukacs (Cassi), Logan, Landon, Robert (Olivia), Rylee, Mat (Chelsea), Bradlee (Shannon) and Cheyenne (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Adrianna, Lillian, Mathew and Aria; and his brothers, Harold Powers and Gary Powers.
