He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Norton and Ruth Norton (Enbody); and his daughters, Tammy Norton and Penny. He is survived by: his wife Joan Norton; his son Michael K. Norton (Cindy); his grandchildren, Jennifer Piggott, Adam Norton and Michael R. Norton; and his brother Gailen Norton (Nancy). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Due to current regulations, 25 people will be allowed inside the funeral home and face mask will be required.
