She is survived by: her parents, Tracie R. Goodyear and Terry J. Lewis; her siblings, Zach Lewis, Dakota McKenzie and Adriana Cornwell; her grandparents, Rose Leathers, Tammy Gisewite, Brad Goodyear, Rex Leathers and Gary Lewis; and her significant other Samantha "Sam" Smith. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
