He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert V. Phibbs and Bettie Phibbs (Webb); and his sister Ruth Feltzer. He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Briner of Bryan, OH, Denise Phibbs (Mike) of Hillsdale, MI and Robin Phibbs (Keith) of Montpieler, OH; his brother-in-law Ray Feltzer of Pittsford, MI; and his children, Vandardis II Black (Karen) of Ransom, Robert D. Phibbs of Angola, IN, Jeffery Phibbs of Angola, IN and Verlane Faust (Jason) of Ransom. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
