He was predeceased by: his brother David L. Babcock; his mother-in-law Doris Hartman; and his grandparents, Robert, Helen Babcock (Nowak), Ernest and Lillian Vaughn (Hyott).
He is survived by: his wife Sheri Hartman; his former wife Sheri Babcock (Hartman); his children, Brittany Siats (Leon Hines) of Louisville, KY, Nicholas Babcock of Toledo, OH and Robert Brockschmidt of Toledo, OH; his sister Helen Rosenberger (Al) of Erie, MI; and his grandchildren, Aleksander, Katherine, Siats and Jillian Babcock. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
