He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Crosthwaite and Elsie Crosthwaite (Rogers). He is survived by: his spouse Babette Crosthwaite; and his children, Colette Rooks (Jerold) of Douglas, Brenda Metz (Dennis) of Jenison, Michigan, Ralph Crosthwaite (Christene) of Hastings and Roger Crosthwaite (Kathleen) of Schoolcraft, Michigan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
