He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Byers; his children, Lori Risher (Ronald) and Philipp Arthur Byers II (Stephanie); his grandson Tyler Risher; and his stepgrandchildren, Phillip Risher (Alyssa) and Kimberly Mamlouk (Allen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews, and several great great nieces and nephews.
