She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo John and Eva Janet Bavin (Weatherwax); her sisters, Dorothy Calkins and Neta Patrick; her nephew Brett Patrick; and her brothers-in-law, Verlan Calkins and Melvin Patrick.
She is survived by: her children, Georgia E. Clark, Michael R. Clark, John E. Clark and Kevin L. Clark. She is also survived by six grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
