He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Allshouse and Helen Allshouse (Spalding); and his brothers, Roger, Keith and Marvin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cherrie Allshouse (Ed Little) of Hillsdale and Teri Gadd (David) of Springfield, TN; his grandchildren, Tiffanie Tantillo, Joshua Gerig (Carolyn), Justin Gadd (Jessica) and Jonathan Gadd; his great grandchildren, Adrianna, Cameron, Aiden, Talia and Nathan; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Ham (Ken) and Carol Swanson (Louis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
