Max E. Hoover Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2020, at the age of 89, Max E. Hoover (Hillsdale, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvie Hoover and Bessie Hoover (Carncross); his son Donald Hoover; and his siblings, Bessie DeVore and Bill Hoover.
He is survived by: his spouse Madilyn McDowell; his children, Dawn Hoover of Jonesville and Darrell Hoover (Christine) of Crossville, Tennessee; his stepson Mark McDowell (Connie) of Hillsdale; and his sister Joy Kaipio of Phoenix, Arizona.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Kat Snips (a not-for-profit organization offering spay and neutering services to improve the health and welfare of cats in the Michigan counties of Hillsdale, Jackson, Lenawee, and Washtenaw) or the Perennial Park Senior Center.
