She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blecha and Dolores Blecha (Hruska). She is survived by: her husband Dan Watkins of Hillsdale; her daughter Callie Watkins of Nashville, Tennessee; and her siblings, Dr. Richard Blecha (Patricia) of Austin, Texas, Michael Blecha (Margaret) of Park Ridge, Illinois, Dr. Nowell Blecha (Kathy) of Naperville, Illinois, Joan Pitassi (Peter) of Darien and Jacki Hayes (Jim) of Western Springs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Maribeth's memory may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church of Hillsdale or the Greater Hillsdale Humane Society.
