She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Holtz and Mary Louise Holtz (Fogle); her husband Charles "Chuck" Johnson; and her son Steven R. Johnson. She is survived by: her daughters, Charlyn Edwards (Roger) of Hamburg, Germany and Nanette Johnson (Patrick Hill) of Asheville; her daughter-in-law Karen Johnson of Cincinnati; and her grandchildren, Matthew Petrie of Portland and Kelsey Johnson of Kansas City, Missouri..
The service will be held in Summer, 2021 whenever travel can be safely resumed without COVID-19 restrictions.
