He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence S. Chase and Edna Geraldine (Rhodes); his sister Velma Miller; his stepmother Dorthy Chase; and his stepsiblings, Ruberta Smith, Charles Harter and Charlene Roberts.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lois Nurnberg and Karen Sue Tutt; his grandchildren, Patrick, Danielle, Tyler, Shawn, Christina and Max; and his great grandchildren, Mia and Ava.
