She is survived by: her significant other Derek Shaw; her father Roger Arno of Hillsdale; her stepfather Diane Clark Jr (Maynard); her children, Trent, Tyra, Trevor, Talicia Wortham and Kailey Shaw; and also, Battle Creek and Derek Shaw.
