It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Phelps (Hillsdale, Michigan), born in Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on February 20, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Frank. She is survived by: her mother Margaret; her children, Kimberly Carter, Julie Brewer and Rick Carter; her sister Kathy; her stepdaughters, Regena, Sara and Dana; and also Denise Whalen.
