He is survived by: his wife Samantha Luke; his children, Kaylynn, Drayvin, Ava and Hunter; his parents, Barbara Campbell (Robert) and George "Steve" Luke; his parents-in-law, Mike Macey and Victoria Porter; his siblings, Cassandra Housand (Chet) of Orlando, FL and Jamie Luke (Joni) of Fort Wayne, IN; his stepbrothers, James Campbell, Scott Campbell (Christie) and Travis Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, Jessica Lortie (Chad), Gary Macey (Jackie) and William Brink. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, and numerous nieces and nephews.
