He was predeceased by: his father Howard R.; his stepmother Edna Guy; his mother Audrey Easterday (Swan); and his stepfather Alfred Easterday. He is survived by: his spouse Eunice Dunlap; his children, Kristine Kurtz (Paul) of Berrien Springs, Shelly Lockwood (Rob) of Camden, Duane Guy (Sherree) of Hillsdale and Kevin Guy (Sally) of Montpelier; and his siblings, Terry, William, Richard, David and Nancy.
