He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Alexandria Bilbo, Adam Garcia (Chris) and Ian Valmont (Candice); his grandchildren, Jackson and Olivia Garcia; his mother Carol Loy (Ronald); his sisters, Michelle Serafin and Renee Bivens; and his father William T. Bilbo. He was also cherished by several cousins, nephews and a niece.
