With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis M. Payne of Hillsdale, Michigan, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 9, 2022 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Payne and Helen Payne (Flaherty); and his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Francis Payne Jr., Michael Payne (Brenda), Anthony Payne, Vincent Payne and Aileen Payne McNally (David). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
