He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leonard and Pearl Leonard (Blackburn); his sons, Joel and Doral; his grandsons, Kent and Trevor; and his siblings, Herman, Gordon and Joanne.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Leonard (Dury); his children, Ann Clark (Danny) of Hillsdale, MI, Joy Moravec (Joseph) of Urbandale, IA, Kevin Leonard (Diane) of Reading, MI and Lisa Gonshorowski (Daniel) of Osseo, MI; his daughter-in-law Susan Leonard of Parma, MI; his grandchildren, Tricia, Casey, Skye, Quinn, Clay, Ivy, Dennis, Jorie, Kaylee, Jonathan and Drew; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Leonard of Alma, MI, Vivian Leonard of Leslie, MI, Sue Wismar of Hillsdale, MI and Becky Walz (Nick) of Bryan, OH. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
