He is survived by: his significant other Kim; his close friend Kim Kittredge Smith of Hillsdale; his siblings, Kenneth, Zada Seiter and Larry; his children, Rachel Chesney (William), Dwayne "Lee" Yates, II, Misty Burt, Shawn Brunner and Parnell Gullet; his stepdaughter Amy Nelson; his partner's children, Michelle Lehman (Adam) and Christopher Smith (Whitney); his grandchildren, Ben Siefert, Hillary Siefert, Tyler Kimber, Josiah Yates, Grant Kimber, Dawson Kimber and Camron Chesney; and also, Nickolas Yates, Romelio Matos, Kodi Yates, Kylie Yates, Dakota, Katelyn, Bradyn, Ashlyn and Keegan.
