He is survived by: his pets, Barney and Ollie; his daughters, Christina Taylor (Zakary Ronis) of Charlotte, Amanda Taylor (Zach Spurgeon) of Morganton and Kimberly Taylor (Justin Shiltz) of Hillsdale; his granddaughter Lairen Shiltz; and his siblings, Bernadette Spieth of Hillsdale, Tim Taylor (Debbie) of Texas, Carolyn Welch (Jim) of Jonesville, William Taylor (Terri) of Oklahoma, Tony Taylor of White Pigeon and Tom Taylor (Erin) of Union City.
