He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Burke; his children, Scott Burke (Sylvia), Theresa Lock and Jacquelyn McIntosh; and his grandchildren, Curtis Burke, Cydney Klimek (Luke), Chelsea Lock (Corinna), Hayden McIntosh, Gerry, Jill Burke and Joe Lock.
