Dean Scoville Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Scoville of Hillsdale, Michigan, who passed away on September 14, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Scoville and Doris Scoville (Kagay); and his brothers, Richard and Harold Scoville. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Hurst of Reading; his sons, Doug Scoville of Monticello and Steve Scoville (Amy) of Lake, Michigan; his grandchildren, Casey Hinton (Mike) of Framingham, MA, Caitlyn Scoville of Charleston, SC, Tucker Scoville (Montana) of Farwell, MI and Riley Scoville (Tim Case) of Kalamazoo, MI; and his brothers, Don Scoville of Hillsdale, MI and David Scoville (Bonnie) of Odessa, MI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bankers Cemetery (Cole Rd, Cambria Township, MI 49242).
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Dean's name to the Hillsdale Free Methodist Church to be used for scholarships to send young folks to the Free Methodist Church Campground at Somerset, Michigan.
