He was predeceased by: his wife Martha; and his brother David. He is survived by: his children, Julie Miller (Eric) of Scotsvalley, CA, Jenelle Wurth (Steve) of Stanaway, WA and Jeffrey Terrill of Toledo; and his siblings, Patricia Simmons, Judy Richard, Barbara Simmons (Russell), Mary "Cookie" Holmes, Johnny Terrill (Carla) and Timmy Terrill (Darlene).
