He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Foulke and Dora Foulke (Stephan); and his siblings, Virginia Cascarelli, Vonda Caskey and Robert Foulke.
He is survived by: his spouse Onalee Townsend; his children, Patricia Ladd (Brook) of Horton, James Foulke of Hillsdale and Michael Foulke (Mary) of Hillsdale; his grandchildren, Michael Ladd (Elizabeth), Kenneth Ladd (Lora) and Emily White (C. J.); and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Jamison, Marin, Zoey and Weston.
