He is survived by: his parents, Kathy Applegate and Jon Hollingsworth; his grandparents, Kevin, Connie Applegate, Raymond Hollingsworth and Tamara Thorp; his great-grandparent JoAnne Miller; and his aunts and uncles, Candy Timberman (Eli), Alaina Hollingsworth, Christopher Hollingsworth (Brandy), Tim Hollingsworth and Noah Spence (Haley). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
