He was predeceased by: his father Roger Miller; his brothers, Barry and Brian Miller; his parents-in-law, Roger Stump and Barb Robinson; and his brother-in-law Tom Yearling.
He is survived by: his mother Janet Fast (Rigelman); his children, Lacey Noyes (Joe) and Roger Miller (Courtney Morey); his grandchildren, Keiara, Kilynn, Kinzlee Miller, Brayden and Jackson Noyes; his brother Jeff Miller; his siblings-in-law, Rachel Stump (Tom Stephens), Ike Stump (Sara) and Tim Stump (Peg); and his grandmother Margaret Rigelman.
