She was predeceased by: her parents, Theo Manley and Agnes Manley (Humbarger). She is survived by: her caregivers, Denise Horn, Julie Shaffer and Mark Megan; and her close friends, Susan and Lila.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the VanHorn-Eagle Funeral Home (40 S Manning St, Hillsdale, MI 49242).
Memorial contributions are suggested to Lifeways Community Mental Health or Compassus Hospice who provided excellent care to Connie in her final days.
