He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fogarty; his sons, William Scott Parks of Hillsdale and Christopher Tod Parks of Hillsdale; his stepchildren, Christie Cook (Chester) of Hillsdale, Gerald Smith (Ann) of Rockford and Mark Smith (Chris) of Mesa, Arizona; and also Janice Stuck (Lowe).
