It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol S. Haviland of Hillsdale, Michigan, born in Muskegon, Michigan, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herman DeFouw and Selma DeFouw (Wilber); her husband Bob Haviland Sr.; and her children, Benjamin Murphy (Kathy) of Frankfurt, Rebecca Wyse (Chris) of Jackson, Maureen Krueger (Charles) of Big Rapids, Robert Haviland Jr. (Sara) of Sylvania and Melody Verde (Eric) of Fremont, Indiana. She was also cherished by twenty grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
