She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Rich and Margaret Rich (Gebhardt). She is survived by: her children, Denise Nivison (Patrick) of Hillsdale and Steven Patterson (Denise) of Holland, MI; her brother Marvin Rich (Elaine) of Hillsdale; her grandchildren, Don VanArsdalen (Shelly) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Darin VanArsdalen (Katie) of Royersford, PA, Lynn Zollinger (Jason) of Jacksonville Beach, FL and Rachael McCormick (Brian) of Lansing, MI; and her stepgranddaughters, Nina Kirk of Coldwater and Amber Marcum (Iley) of Hillsdale. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and many nephews, nieces and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the MacRitchie Skilled Nursing Facility or the First United Methodist Church.
