She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Strine and Ethel Strine (Carr); her husband Frederick Rowe; her siblings, Ruth Bumpus, Velma Evans, Erma Steman, Elsie Cripe, Florence Milliman, Harry, Oliver, Virgil and Bertis Strine; and her niece Janice Bilton.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Rosalind Wilson (Thomas) of Massillon, Ohio; her nephew David Bilton of Hillsdale; and her stepgrandson Patrick Wilson (Alisha). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Perennial Park Senior Center or to a charity of the donor's choice.
