He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Adams and Etta Adams (Bacon); his wife Della Mae Elliott; and his siblings, Betty, Juanita, Clifford, George, Jasper, Jason, Carl, Orlin, Paul, Raymond and Billy.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Inez Middleton of Ft. Wayne, IN and Michael Arthur Adams (Annette) of Hudson; his brother Keith Adams (Joanne) of Guthrie, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Brent Middleton (Judy), Nathan Adams, Michael Adams, Jr., Chad Adams (Christina), Zeke Adams, Jennifer Adams, Alysia Comerford (Kevin) and Tina Shaw. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
