She was predeceased by: her parents, Kennedy "Ted" Hinkle and Marcele Hinkle (Summers); and her brother Ronald Neer (Ursula). She is survived by: her brother Dr. Robert Hinkle (Kim); her nieces, Laura Stuchell and Penny Neer; her nephew Rusty Neer (Nakina); and her close friends, Amy, Dave Braxmaier, Sheila Miller and Renee Goshorn.
