With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alton E. Knoll of Hillsdale, Michigan, born in Nashville, Michigan, who passed away on August 19, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Knoll and Cleone Knoll (Everett); his wife Dorothy Irene Snyder; his daughter Barbara Knoll; and his brothers, Francis "Frank" and James Knoll.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Knoll of Nashville, Robert Knoll (Cindy) of Greensboro and David Knoll (Heidi) of Hillsdale; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Knoll, Robert Knoll Jr. and Heidi Knoll.
Masks and social distancing are required for all indoor gatherings.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Anthony Catholic Church or Hospice of Hillsdale County.
