He was predeceased by: his parents, David Rutherford and Olive Rutherford (Misener); and his son Robert. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Sutherby; his daughter Dianna Pennartz (Herman); his grandchildren, Joshua Pennartz, Ashley Rowe (Nicholas), Jason Pennartz, Bill Rutherford (Jessica), Rachelle Rutherford and Cory Rutherford; and his siblings, Robert R. Rutherford (Barbara) and Janice Render (Jack). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
