She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Edwards and Irene Edwards (Kincaid). She is survived by: her husband Carl Herbek; her children, Shari Wilson (David), Randy Herbek (Lori) and Larry Herbek (Gloria); and her brother Gerald Edwards. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
