He is survived by: his daughter Onnalee Holland (Shannon Chase); his mother Sue Appelgren; his siblings, Cindi Folkner (Tom), Jerry Holland, Danny Holland, Arthur Appelgren (Constance), Laura Tulgetske and Dale Appelgren (Lisa); and his former wife Betty Edgar. He is also survived by sister-in-laws; and many nieces and nephews.
