He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Fletcher and Nora Fletcher (Frasher); his daughter Melissa; and his sisters, Karen Julka and Diana Gibbs.
He is survived by: his wife Catharine Stainsby; his sons, Jeremy Fletcher and Nicholas Fletcher; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Faith, Kendahl and Harpyr; his siblings, Brenda South, Linda Fletcher, Danny Fletcher, Chester Fletcher (Markie) and Judy Lowe (Frank); and his nephew Jesse Garrison. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
