He was predeceased by: his parents, LaRue Thompson and Rosalia Thompson (Voglino); and his sister Jane Kinmon. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Thompson (Cameron) of Hillman; his daughter Rebecca Fessler (Martin) of Traverse City; and his brothers, Gerardo Thompson (Mary) of Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Laurence Thompson (Diane) of Ellijay, Georgia. He is also survived by three brother-in-laws; and four sister-in-laws.
