He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Achatz and Agnes Achatz (Jensen); his sister Kathleen Rose; and his uncle Harvey Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Achatz; his brother Steven Achatz (Pamela); his former wife Katherine Roberts; his children, Thomas Achatz (Christina), Patrick Achatz (Diana), Michelle Schmidt (Brent), Craig Androl (Amber) and David Androl (Leasa); his grandchildren, Grace, Jeven, Caleb, Olivia, Nora, Elizabeth, Charles, Abraham, Agnes, Joseph Francis, Nicole, Allyson, Bryce, Kennedy, Jade, Ethan, Evan and Ayden; his great grandchildren, Vyva, Delila, Quinn, Laken and Cheryl; and his nieces and nephews, Brad, Kurt, Stephanie Rose, Mike, Greg and Heather Achatz.
